Meg Doades was admitted to the Illinois Bar after earning her Juris Doctor from The John Marshal Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Since moving to Texas, she was also admitted to the State Bar of Texas. Her dedication to helping businesses grow and ensure success is a longtime passion of Meg, who grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. Her commitment to providing the best legal counsel extends to both for-profit and non-profit organizations. She focuses on corporate and transactional law and regulatory compliance. With 35 years of experience in the client services and logistics industries, Dan brings wisdom, insight, and passion to AH Culinary. He is committed to the client experience and strives to ensure that expectations are always surpassed. Dan has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, and has been recognized on multiple occasions for his ability to provide clients with superior sales and service.

Shannon Costello, RDN, LDN has a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Howard Payne University and holds a post-baccalaureate in Dietetics from Texas Woman’s University. Shannon holds certifications in personal training, group fitness, and health coaching with over five years experience working in corporate wellness. She specializes in culinary entertainment with extensive experience creating and teaching community cooking and nutrition classes to all ages. Her passion is in promoting healthy lifestyles through food, fitness, and fun in a comfortable and interactive learning environment!
